Our Guarantee

     Our chicken is fresh but shipped frozen.  We pack our chicken in insulated boxes with dry ice or frozen gel packs. Orders should be received frozen, but delays occur that are out of our control.  If the meat arrives thawed and above 45 degrees, we will replace the meat.  If you have any further questions feel free to call or email.
