I have been ordering pasture-raised chicken products from Windy Meadows Family Farm for about 5 years. Their chicken is on the menu of some of my favorite local, fine dining restaurants in Dallas. Local chefs love their products! The country sausage is what keeps me coming back - it’s my family’s favorite. But I always have breast and thighs in the freezer too. Their bone broth is the real deal and I also keep that in the freezer for soups and other recipes. Oh!! And they have farm eggs! Hope you will give them a try. I promise you will love it!
