Rosemary Stew
I accidentally stumbled on something good this week and want to share the recipe with y’all. The proof that it is SO amazing is in the fact that the kids gobbled it up!! Don’t get fooled by the photo. This cabbage stew is really satisfying and hits the spot. 10-12 servings
1 fresh stem rosemary, minced
1 onion, diced
3 TBS butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Saute together in pan and the add
2 LBS ground beef (I use primal grind)
Brown.
Add:
4 c broth (I used chicken broth I made from a bag of feet)
4 c water
1 lb diced Yukon gold potatoes
2 Large Carrots, Diced.
Boil Until almost fork tender and add
1/2 Cabbage, Shredded.
Allow the cabbage to wilt, pull pot off the stove. Salt and pepper to taste. Allow it to cool up to 30 minutes before eating.
